[Forum.nasaspaceflight]There are 3 massive sat networks that will soon be launched. The biggest is SpaceX's Starlink, next is OneWeb's and last is a Chinese one. Boeing has a large network in development but not much has appeared, in public, about its launchers or launch time frame. It seems that OneWeb is launching most of theirs on Russian rockets.
Russian rockets and Dmitry Rogozin are intertwined. Rogozin became one of the first seven people who were put under executive sanctions by US President Barack Obama.
