#4 Remarkably - the family court judge who released the little girl into the custody of the scumbag is not named. The fact the judge is not named - big tell to me. Only one article I read excruciated the judges poor decision.

Judges are not Kings. If repercussions are the norm for the rest of us, why not judges. If their decisions kill people, involuntarily manslaughter is a bad thing, I think most can agree.
