#4 Clapper is like a robber expressing concern about the financial viability of the chain he thoroughly looted. Open Borders is his policy implemented by the guy he helped install. Expressing concern at this point after the invasion has happened is disingenuous. Clapper can’t hedge his bets. If there is a terrorist attack, nobody’s going to entertain his claim of Nostradamus like prescience. He’s a perp not a prognosticator.
