#5 Let's assume it is Russian and overflew Poland...I'm not sure that is really an intentional act of war and anyone pushing for it should be considered very suspect. This is a "Hey, watch where your toys go" situation at MOST.

#8 My theory of the crime is that a missile programmed to swing wide around the air defense and sneak in the back way drifted a bit too far and strayed into Poland. Oopsie! No harm, no foul, right?
