It's almost the inverse of the old Dem policy that the dead cast their votes for living people. This time it would be living people voting for the dead.

#4 The Archer testimony delays are likely pardon negotiations with the Biden Administration. I believe that everyone will agree that an Archer pardon will qualify as a Quid Pro Quo.
