#2 When a Justice system us control any political party there is NO Justice.

Any failure to deliver unbiased justice and follow the US Constitution and laws that adhere to it, should slapped with 2x's the penalties inflected on the wronged.

#4 “I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as _________ under the Constitution and laws of the United States.

If the judges followed their oath as above, it would be enough. Currently, we have some judges who are Party hacks who's loyalty is to party above country. Our Justice Department/FBI have been corrupted and needs to be cleaned out top to bottom. The same could be said for the intelligence community.

The question is how can this be done?

#6 It's way past time for the FBI to be required to record interviews and meet accepted standards for chain of evidence.

#7 Somewhere, someone in the Bureau is smiling after they found a way to put that exculpatory evidence in a Tab of a Spreadsheet, then ensure the defense noticed it. Fidelity, Bravery, Integrity are not dead just yet, just sadly career risks!
