#2 From recollection, Grosskreutz tried attacking Rittenhouse with 3 or 4 other guys, R pointed his rifle at at G, G backed off and R lowered his rifle. Then G drew his pistol and got shot. Afterward Grosskreutz confided to a friend that he should have pulled the trigger first. Who is the perpetrator in that scenario?

#3 Before G got to R, R had already shot the guy that hit him on the head with a skateboard. G could see that shots were already fired and a guy was probably down. Yet he still escalated.
