This is a Norwegian medic volunteer. He was in the ambulance the US volunteer was in when Russia targeted the ambulance. It also killed a female civilian the American volunteer media was working on, not that you pro Russian robots care:

Soviets continued their heavy losses throughout the war. The main thing that changed was STAVKA learning what to do with enemy encirclement movements.

#4 They did, but, the Red Army under Stalin after the original debacle( Russia seems to always be awful at first in combat) became a juggernaut.
Putin is having the losses, he is not succeeding and I have a suspicion Ukraine is going to knock a hole in the front come spring. The level of corruption is unbelievable, the lack of basics is unbelievable, like food, clothing, etc.
