A quick google shows they have updated this prediction at least 3 times. Each sticking to the same factually wrong initial statement.

Again, we need to ask why are Weather Guessers even taken semi-seriously beyond 10 days, let alone 10 years regarding Climate Whatever?

But a great example on why NOAA is NOT an authority on long range climate issues, given their <60% win ratio beyond 30 days.
