#1 They have made an assumption that they have cloned black peoples. Not gonna happen. Latinos are more family oriented. They gamble and I believe they have missed their intended target drastically. They run from Dem's attempt to re-shackle them.

#2 Census counts and political district representation are also a part of this equation. Voting outcomes can be manipulated (obviously). Population densities which drive congressional representation, are a bit more of a challenge.

So were blacks until the 1960s, when their families were converted to father-headed to uncle (Sam)-headed. Expect the same tactics to be tried with this group.

#6 #3 most correct. In fact, those black families had lower out of wedlock births than their white counterparts. Their families were their FOBs against the Dem's Jim Crow era.
