West Point grad. Up for reelection in 2022. I think it’s a sure bet he’ll have a serious Republican challenger. In the meantime, can the Louisiana senate muster a veto-proof majority on this thing?

#3 I'd be willing to bet that Edwards would not have vetoed the bill unless he were certain of an override. The guy walks a tightrope better than any acrobat. (No relation to the earlier and far more entertaining former Gov. Edwin Edwards.)
