The 9th Dist Court has been overruled between 79% and 84% in 2016-2019 8 out of 10 cases.

Over the last 20 years its been 74% on average...
7 out of 10 cases where they incorrectly ruled against the US Constitution or the established laws.

#4 This will be the real test if the Supremes take their job seriously any longer.

Also, they really need a 3 strikes and your disbarred rule regarding being overturned by the Supreme Court.
