#5 Time for 'honest' control of the media. No special regulations. In fact the removal of 'special' altogether. Make them libel for bad products like car makers, lettuce growers, et al. If you can regulate 'guns' you can regulate 'press'*.

*press in 1792 was all about the technology of information flow not the institution that co-opted the term which is more involved with distortion, suppression and fabrication of information.
