The Director of National Intelligence reported this month that 5 percent of Guantanamo prisoners released since January 2009, when the U.S. began using the multi-agency screening process, have re-engaged in terrorism and 8 percent are suspected of it. That compares to 21 percent confirmed and 14 percent suspected under the earlier system.

According to DNI Clapper, recidivism rates are down, thus the killing of innocent ~~proles~~ Americans must be down as well, all of which indicates progress. I mean, if you can't believe Jim Clapper. See gov't spending and national debt reduction logic for fuzzy math and further details.

#3 Do this the American way. After they leave their offices of immunity, sic them with a class action suit on behalf of the victims families. If you corrupt the judiciary with progressives for which textual law has no meaning, then by all means, take the SJW approach all for 'fairness and justice' and redress of past wrongs.
