#2 Yeah really someone spends billions of dollars on nuclear weapons to take a chance on getting 100 million in foreign aid?

I would suggest a possible reason maybe Saudi Arabia which is said to have funded Pakistan’s continued expansion of its nuclear stockpile in return for a guarantee that Pakistan would provide Saudi Arabia with a weapon or a nuclear shield in the case of Iran getting a bomb.

That may have been the plan, but the Saudis must now be feeling uncertain about that guarantee, given Pakistan's refusal to provide troops for SA's Yemen adventure.
