#1 The only gunfight I ever heard did indeed sound like firecrackers, although the rate of fire was slower. Then all the cop cars & ambulances starting showing up & I realized the error of my assumption.

#2 @#1: You are correct, sir! Used to hear them from my bedroom window in southside Chicago. Now I hear them from my bedroom window in southwest Tucson. No joke, difference is that Tucson ethnic locals also celebrate holidays with gun-sex.
