#4 It's simply a matter of semantics. By arming the Iraqis, he's now armed the Syrian rebels. By encouraging the Iraqis to facilitate the transit of Iran fighters for baby Assad and the Russians, he has assisted his old friend Vlad. By agreeing to permit an extension of Iranian nuclear development, he's brokered a nifty el Quds Quick Reaction Force (QRF) to defend Iraq. By releasing high-level Taliban prisoners from GITMO, he has..... well, we've not nailed that one down just yet.

What is it about Obama foreign polity that you do not understand ?

#5 I have gotten to be like the dazed and decimated core of the Army of the Potomac. They had more faith in Lee, I have more faith in Putin.

#7 I'll wager Korda was quoting Bruce Catton's Gory Road which is where I I stold it from.

But to quote my favorite high skool teacher when I was going on about the pure awesome of the Army of Northern Virginia and it's incomparable light infantry and tactical leadership.
