#3 At last check, CHINA is urging Japan to adhere to the US request to return 300-kg of Plutonium, i.e. an amount equivalent to 20-40 NucBombs of an estimated 2000-3000 same that Japan's alleged Plutonium or Nucmat stockpiles could quickly produce in case of War or -Zilla attack.

Clearly Nippon returning or eliminating only the minority 10%-or-less while keeping the remainder makes the country a purely CONVENTIONAL MILITARY POWER, NOT A NUCLEAR POWER.

Well, I'm convinced!
