#2 Should we care? SHOULD we care? Should WE care? Should we CARE?

They are all Moslems and NONE of them are our friends.
They wouldn't scratch THEIR tush if we had a problem ourselves. They would spit on us as kuffirs, if I am not mistaken. AND if they all die none of us will either be effected or actually notice any bump.

Plus they are Palestinians and I wouldn't piss on a Palestinian if he was on fire. They appear to still be having babies according to the article. That means they are still making babies. It must be rough if they are still making babies while they are starving and fighting at the same time. Going at it for all they are worth apparently.

The answer is no.
