#1 ...as opposed to retaining funding welfare for illegal aliens (while gutting COLA for military retirees)? How can you have a dependent/obligated class with such a program?

#2 In some cases the cost is only $500k. Other countries have had great success with this kind of "investment" for visa program. The US is having trouble getting takers. The amount of visa available under this program each year has never been reached. Never.
