#1 Can iron dome be modified so that it automatically sends a rocket back to the source of the one it intercepts (or detects)? That could be an effective deterrent to rocket attacks.

#2 Screw sending back a rocket. Send the launch coordinates to a MRLS battery and have them lay a full barrage on the area. Sure it'll trash the neighborhood, but it gets the point across. Once you're just bouncing the rubble and there's no where above ground to hide, targeting gets alot easier.
