#2 Piracy is reasonably described as an act of violence from one ship against another in international waters for private gain. (UNCLOS has the official definition)So if this article is true (which for the most part smells of bovine strudation) then they may well have committed an act of piracy themselves and yet put it out there on the internet for all to see.
