#2 Many of the shootings took place in the wee hours after midnight. So, one thing you could do to be safer in Chicago would be to go to bed at a decent hour. I mean, what the hell are they doing out on the street at 3:15 a.m.? Isn't it cold?
Also, a lot of the shots, even the non-fatal ones, hit important parts of the body such as the head, throat, chest, mouth, abdomen and scrotum. That's pretty good shooting, huh?
