IMO which, I think, is why the AL Chief is calling for league intervention, i.e. SYRIA = NOT LIBYA = SYRIA'S ARMY IS TOO STRONG TO BE DEFEATED BY THE PROTESTORS WIDOUT DECISIVE FOREIGN INTERVENTION.
