#1 Whilst theres baksheesh and islam as the driving force of an economy - theres no way in hell youll be able to manage a quality police force, and subsequently they wont be able to manage to population

Bring in the military - ooh no dont bother , theyre inept and corrupt too ..

Take my first point - Baksheesh and Islam , cut them out , society works .
