#4 Good thing this didn't happen in DC, NYC, Chicago or San Francisco. In those cities, Ensign Barner would not have a legal gun, and the headline would have read "Nine people killed, four women raped at party".

If Ensign Barner had an illegal gun, the headline would have read "Kill crazy Marine murders two people with illegal gun"

I watch a would-be burglar die (yes, we were desperately trying to save him, but in the end it was hopeless), Sarge.

I have often wondered if in those last few moments before he lost consciousness he regreted his choice of profession.

The happy ending was the homeowner wasn't charged.
