#3 In an occupation which performs best with the cooperation of the population, really want to go sow suspician of police response based upon political affiliation? Don't peace officers have enough of that already, especially coming from LA? I agree here, the union leaders are hijacking your message for their power gains - sound familiar?

He should be concerned, as the bad guys get the news as well and the image of police more interested in picket's charge than patrolling may get to feeling a bit more bold.

I get what he is saying as KS FF Union call sounded their bell.

#5 Police officers are better than the likes of SEIU and MoveOn.org. SEIU is run by radical leftists and MoveOn.org is George Soros front organization. Standing in solidarity with these organizations puts you in bed with some sleezy characters.

#6 I can see dangers and threats to the community if EMS, police, fireman, 911 operators are allowed to strike as a response to failed bargaining. Critical functions that involve life and death don't get performed.
