#2 One of the most debt ridden and crime filled cities is laying off half the police and 1/4 of the firefighters.

Probably clearing out a lot of paychecks to police and firefighters that didn't exist before they got looked at too hard.

#4 Christie won't bail them out. He CAN mobilize the National Guard though, if need be.
