If you are one of those that the Department of Labor counts as discouraged and no longer looking for work, YOU DO NOT COUNT IN UNEMPLOYMENT FIGURES.

Make your voice heard! Get reclassified as seeking employment so you are counted!

If everyone in this situation does this, the unemployment figures will jump up dramatically! Send a message to Congress and O'Bumble!

#8 It probably differs from state to state, but I think you have to apply to the state job office and visit on a regular basis.
