#4 I agree with the decision. The school's uniform for the occasion is the cap and gown. Everybody should wear it. Make one exception and you have to make 200.

#5 When I graduated (a million years ago), the Principal was adament that everyone must wear cap and gown as we were all "equal" on the day.

Then members of the National Honor Society were given gold tassels to set them apart...
