She apparently fails to realize that a woman, especially a woman unaccompanied by her husband or a close male relative, in the Middle East is considered little more than a whore and gets treated about the same way. They may smile and make nice at the dinner parties and meetings at such, but inside their heads the woman is simply a prattling fool.
