#2 One of two things needs to happen to this guy - either he gets the chair (or any of the variations thereof) or he gets multiple life terms. The important thing is to keep the secrets in this guy's head out of the hands of our adversaries. I'm personally of the view that he should share the fate of the Rosenbergs.

The key difference between this guy and Wen Ho Lee is that this guy did it for the money, making his treason easier to prove, whereas Wen Ho Lee did it out of patriotism (to China) meaning there was no cash trail to follow. This guy's indictment is a good start, but we're going to have to either upgrade our ability to prove cases like Wen Ho Lee's or downgrade our rules of evidence to throw bums like him in jail.

I agree, but it is probably not possible. All has to do is write them down, stick them in an envelope, and write "To Lawyer" on the outside of it. It becomes privileged information at that point. Pity. When they unmask someone like this, they should just have an accident. End of story.
