Why, becuz hetero "parents", SINGLE ANDOR JOINT, are and do. DO NOT ASK FOR MARRIAGE UNLESS ARE WILLING TO BE A "PARENT/SPOUSE" IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD, AT LAW ANDOR NOT AT LAW.
