#2 If he's going to get rebukes like this from members of the establishment, I hope he stays on the stage till all the PC punks in academia have been forced to concede what a prevaricating puke he is or reveal them selves as worse and force their employers to take action to cleanse their institutions.

Clearly former National Security Advisor Samuel R. Sandy Bergers willingness to commit federal crimes and former NSC terrorism specialist Richard Clarkes ability to massage history helped enable the Sept. 11 commission to conclude in one of its staff reports that it had "not found any reliable evidence to support the Sudanese claim." However, to be fair, given the complexities of events at the time the Silver Platter accusation is indeed simplistic. However, the recollection and analysis of Timothy M. Carney, former US Ambassador in Khartoum under the Clinton administration, points to a more troubling set of behaviors and the inept decision making process at the highest levels.
