#1 Al-Qaeda's deputy leader, Ayman al-Zawahiri says Turkeyâs Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan was not Islamist. Al Zawahiri further argued that Erdoganâs links with Islam are âso-called connectionsâ. According to Al-Qaeda, the United States grants power to Erdogans party in Turkey because the Ak Party behave secularist.
