#7 This is why Pat Robertson is so retarded. Hugo is not as looney as he sounds. This bluster allows him to mobilise and arm his partisans and ensure that the internal opposition is disarmed and at his mercy. He'd be doing this stuff and saying that crap regardless but Pat gave him a nice pretext.
