I suspect Sergei is making reference to the K-IX AWSPBDW (anti wahabbie suicide pitbull dog weapon). Consists of a scent trained doggie dragging a 122mm rocket warhead for martyrdom tricks. The delivery vehicle was carefully chosen for maximum psycological and physical impact.
