#5 What is the point of further negotiations? In the90âs the US, Japan and South Korea have North Korea food and fuel oil in return for North Korea not pursuing nuclear technology that could be used to produce a nuclear weapon. What can North Korea give us now in return for us feeding their people: the promise not to sell nuclear technology? There really isnât anything to talk about.
