#6 Damn--good story, but he got lucky. Pulling out a gun that's empty is not a smart bluff. He could have cut his life by about 70 years and cost the world a great leader.

#7 I'll just bet you that .45 was loaded. Reagan saying what he did, was his way of taking the "edge" off the hero thing, turning it into a laugh.
