#3 Both. A solid, polished performance. Very consistent from start to finish, building up nicely to "The U.S. bellicose forces have staged frantic war exercises" in Par. 5 and " Their reckless military hysteria" in par. 6. Only the clunky "perpetrated unprecedented provocative moves" in par. 1 prevented a more substantial score.
I know I have been a lonely voice at times in my appreciation of New Wave Spittle. I yield to none in my reverence for Classical Spittle, but to me New Wave has a sweeping grandeur and a dynamic, pulsating rhythm that, in the finest work, can simply ravish the senses.
The Old Spittle dries up, and the New Spittle flows.
