#1 Eleven? What kind of command-and-control does the TTP have? Good enough for them to be able to pull real casualty lists? Or is that just "eleven that I know about (because they're related to me)"?

#2 Which, now that I think about it, makes me wonder about payrolls and death benefits for these tribal militia/mercenary gangs. Do they get money from their paymasters on a head count basis? Are there widow-and-orphan funds, or do they have an incentive to pretend dead jihadi are still around to featherbed the gang bottomline?
