Did the U.N. really expect desinating a 'Gender Advisor' would solve the problem? How about handing out a few long-term prison terms? How about publically destroying a few illustrious careers (Jack-the-ripper and Boston-Strangler had 'illustrious careers'). Or at least tell their wives / mothers what they were doing?

What does a Gender Advisor do? Give advice on the proper way to rape underage children?
