Not CO, CT, DE, DC, HA, MD, MA, NM, RI, VT or WA, so it seems pretty reasonable. Probably more a reflection of the power of the congressional delegations than executive favoritism.

million. In total, Democratic districts received 73 percent of the total stimulus funds
awarded and Republican districts received 27 percent of the total amount awarded.

#7 Hard to tell the split - Kansas had a dim temp governor until '10, cornhusker kickback era, etc. so agree with Nimble's conclusion.
