#2 "Loaded gun". I never get tired of seeing ignorant journalists use that term. They take the scary (to them) word "gun" and make it even more dangerous (to people they know) by putting the word "loaded" next to it.

It does say that the crackhead picked up the gun from inside the old man's house though. Might want to keep those put away during visits from crackheads.
