In the meantime, we watch with pleasure as the viciousness of your jihad creates not admirers but ever more apostates disgusted with your unthinking hatefulness, Six million a year lost to Islam each year, it used to be said, and it's many more than that now, whether to Christianity or to no belief at all. No doubt Allah will let you know how he feels about that in his own time, though in the meantime plenty of jihadis will be shocked to find their intestines roasting in Hell instead of in Paradise with 72 houris and boys with faces like pearls to wait on their every desire. Ah well, Allah's ways are beyond human understanding, and he does not always make clear to his believers what he wants of them as he recreates the universe in each moment.
