#3 As per CNN AM, IIUC the Mayor of Chattanooga has decided to unilaterally the city's flags in mourning in protest = lieu of waiting for the Bammer Admin to finally declare a state of national mourning for the Chattanooga Marines.

Seems the Bammer is taking too long to declare honorarium per the Chattanooga dead???
