#4 North Korea = Iran > Most = All of any Nukes andor other WMDS used in "self-defense" or asymmetric "people's war/resistance" against alleged US-Allied invasion forces will be detonated on their own soil, against their own families, people, and .........pet camels/dogs. Someone tell Seoul to boost their WMD treatment skills and centres.
