#2 At worst, it's going to turn into a protracted gab session filled with all kinds of indecipherable twists, turns, rants, balks, backtracking, and hair-splitting. At best, it will be a short one. In any case, better not put up with it for longer than it takes the military to set up for a good thumping. It will be a waste of time, which is all they are looking for and desire right now. String enough of these together, and you have yourself a bomb or nuclear material fit for handoff to any qualified terrorist organization.
