#3 The Muslims were trying to hold up McDonalds for money in a shakedown through the courts? So why didn't they go where halal food was available. You don't go to Outback Steakhouse looking for vegan food or for kosher food. Or they could start their own restaurant chain and call it McMuslim's or the Halal Express. Quit harassing McDonalds.
