Many years ago, we were able to stay at Chiemsee before it was closed. I always wondered what happened to those huge paintings in the dining hall.

I spent two vacations at the Chiemsee hotel.

Fabulous place.

I remember they closed it because they were under orders to put in a fire protection system and they couldn't afford it.

Yes, there was great art in every room, alcove, corner, and hallway in the place.

Our rooms were full of antiques and beautiful rugs.

Pretty soon Champ is going to realize the exponential costs of Obamacare and the health insurance bailout (told you so) cannot be paid by closing down the military.
